Building on the foundational skills introduced in Beginner 1, this program dives deeper into the practice of yoga, helping you refine your technique, expand your knowledge, and develop a more intuitive connection to your body and breath. Ideal for those who have completed Beginner 1 or have some experience with basic yoga principles.

What You Will Learn:

  • Refined Alignment and Technique: Deepen your understanding of pose alignment, focusing on subtle adjustments that enhance stability, comfort, and balance in more dynamic poses.

  • Exploration of Intermediate Poses: Gradually explore new poses and variations that build strength, flexibility, and confidence, preparing you for a broader range of yoga practices.

  • Mindful Transitions: Learn to move gracefully and intentionally between poses, cultivating fluidity and mindfulness in your practice.
