Overview:

Designed for beginners or those looking to refresh their understanding of yoga basics, this series will provide you with the foundational skills needed to confidently practice in group classes or on your own.

What You Will Learn:

  1. Breath Integration with Movement: Discover how to synchronize your breath with movement, enhancing both your yoga practice and daily life.

  2. Pose Alignment: Learn the correct alignment for key poses, how they should feel, and how to perform them safely and effectively.

  3. Essential Yoga Poses: Master foundational yoga poses with detailed guidance, setting the stage for a strong and mindful practice.

To maximize your progress, students are encouraged to practice independently at home twice more during the week. You’ll receive weekly emails summarizing the poses covered in class, along with a self-practice video and terminology to deepen your understanding of yoga as a practice and lifestyle.
