The Flow 1 class is a 60-minute session ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break, and anyone recovering from injury. For those brand new to yoga, we recommend our Beginner 5-Week Series program, which you can learn more about under our Events and Workshops and the pricing tabs. The Flow 1 class emphasizes enhancing strength, balance, and joint mobility through carefully selected poses. The slow pace allows students to focus inward, connect with their breath, and stay present. Each pose is tailored to individual needs, ensuring everyone practices at a comfortable level.
“I believe that each person is responsible for creating the life they truly desire, and what we see outside of us is merely a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. I have had a personal practice since 2014 and the practice has evolved in many ways over the years helping me understand the different dimensions of my own mind allowing me to understand others and help them in their journey of personal development.”
