Elevate Your Practice: A 3-Week Exploration
Take your yoga journey to the next level with this 3-week immersive workshop designed to explore advanced poses. Each week, we’ll focus on a peak pose—Handstand, Flying Pigeon, and King Pigeon—following a progression of inversions, arm balances, and backbends. Through guided drills and empowering sequences, you'll build the strength, flexibility, and confidence needed to achieve these poses. As part of the challenge, participants will receive a weekly sample practice video to work on key drills at home. This is your opportunity to deepen your practice and discover new capabilities in a supportive environment!

Classes are held on Thursdays from 7:30 - 8:45 PM.
