Elevate Your Practice: A 3-Week Exploration

Take your yoga practice to new heights with this transformative three-week series! Each session focuses on a specific element to build strength, flexibility, and confidence:

  1. Week 1 (Dec 2): Arm-Balance Techniques – Discover the foundations of arm balances with step-by-step guidance to master poses like Crow or Side Plank.

  2. Week 2 (Dec 9): Backbends – Deepen your flexibility and open your heart with safe techniques to explore poses like Wheel or Camel.

  3. Week 3 (Dec 16): Inversions – Build strength and overcome fear with preparatory techniques for poses like Headstand or Shoulder Stand.

Classes are held on Mondays from 6:00–7:15 PM.

Join all three workshops for $90 or drop in for $36 per session. Perfect for students looking to grow their practice or explore these dynamic techniques for the first time!
