How do I find the studio?We are located at Unit 202, 55 Spring Garden Ave, North York, ON M2N 3G1, right next to a convenience store. Enter the building, go to the second floor, and follow the left hallway to the last door on the left.

How can I get to the studio by subway?The studio is a 5–8 minute walk from Yonge-Sheppard Station.

What are the parking options?Metered parking is available on Spring Garden Ave, with free parking in the residential area east of Spring Garden (5-minute walk). Doris Ave also offers free parking after 6 PM.

I don’t have a flexible body, can I do yoga?You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start practicing yoga. The more you practice, the more improvement you will notice with each session. We offer a variety of classes throughout the week. Check our schedule for more information!

What should I bring to class?Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring a water bottle. If you prefer not to carry a yoga mat, you can bring a yoga towel or use our studio mats at no cost—just be sure to wipe them down after use with our cleaners provided at the studio.

When should I arrive for class?Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. This helps ensure a smooth start and respects the experience of others who may be unwinding before class.

What is the cancellation policy?Cancellations must be done 5 hours prior to the scheduled class start time and bookings can be done up to the start time of every class. Any cancellations made within the 5-hour window are considered late cancellation and will result in a class credit deduction.

How far in advance can I register for a class?You can register for a class up to the class start time. However, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot.

Do I need to sign up for each class if I have a package?Yes, please log into your profile to select and book each class. This helps us manage class sizes and secure your spot.

Can I share my package with my friends/family?Studio memberships may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

Do you offer private yoga classes?We do! Enjoy a private class by yourself, we have different packages and rates for private classes. For more information, please check the Private Class page on the website.

I am working through an injury. What should I do to practice safely?Please inform your instructor before class so they can provide appropriate modifications. Be sure to complete the liability form and describe any injuries or limitations.

Can I do yoga during pregnancy?We currently don’t offer prenatal yoga classes, so we recommend joining a class designed specifically for pregnancy. We’d love to welcome you to our studio after your little one arrives!

I can't book my class, even though I have purchased a package.Please ensure you're logged in with the email you used to create your account. Once logged in, select your class, choose your package from the dropdown menu, and proceed with booking.

Can I book everything on the schedule with the monthly pass or 5/10 class passes?These passes cover all regular classes, but special programs like the Beginner Series and Rise and Shine are not included. These programs must be purchased separately.

What is the difference between the Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 programs?Beginner 1 is for absolute beginners, while Beginner 2 is designed for those who have completed Beginner 1 or have some prior yoga experience.
