"Understanding oneself is the start of true wisdom, and yoga taught me to look within for answers and tranquility. I've been practicing yoga since 2018, creating a space through practice for my mind and body to connect, truly grasping my feelings and sensations. The joy of focus and self-discovery is amazing, and I'm excited to share it with others in my classes on the mat."
“I believe that each person is responsible for creating the life they truly desire, and what we see outside of us is merely a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. I have had a personal practice since 2014 and the practice has evolved in many ways over the years helping me understand the different dimensions of my own mind allowing me to understand others and help them in their journey of personal development.”
